Your AI Avatar's communication style defines how it interacts with learners, whether through formal language, casual conversation, brief responses, encouraging messages, or other approaches. Selecting an appropriate communication style helps your Avatar reflect your personality and build stronger connections with your audience.

Accessing Response Style Settings

Step 1: Navigate to AI Avatars in the left navbar of your Graphy dashboard

Step 2: Select Profile, then click How it writes under Chats section

Step 3: Set the primary language in which your Avatar will chat. You can also customize the initial greeting message which the starts the conversation with and the fallback message which is shown when the Avatar has no answer for the query asked. These are pre-defined and can be edited.

Step 4: Response Length - Determine whether you want your Avatar to provide brief, concise answers or offers comprehensive, detailed explanations.

Step 5: Creativity – Decide if your Avatar should strictly follow the uploaded content, adapt based on context, or respond with creative freedom.

Step 6: Dynamic questions – Enable this to let your Avatar continue conversations by asking relevant follow-ups at the end of responses.

Step 7: Personalize Responses - Turn this on so your Avatar can personalize replies based on previous interactions when users are logged in.

Step 8: Recency Bias - Choose this if your content is frequently updated and you want your Avatar to focus on the most recent information.

Step 9: Favor New Content - Helps the Avatar avoid repeating what the user has already seen and highlight new content instead.
