The Behavior settings allow you to define how your AI Avatar interacts with users. You can customize the tone, style, conversation approach, and advanced features to create a personalized experience that reflects your unique teaching style and brand personality.

How to Access Behavior Settings

Step 1: Go to Products from the left navbar of your Graphy dashboard.

Step 2: Select AI Avatar and then click on View Details.

Step 3: Navigate to Profile and then the behaviour section to modify your Avatar's settings.

Step 4: Customizing Tone & Style- Your avatar's tone and style define how it communicates with users.

  • By default, your avatar's tone and style is automatically generated from the social handles you've linked to your AI Brain. This ensures your avatar communicates in a way that reflects your existing content and brand voice.
  • Review and edit the default tone generated. It should be of maximum 2000 characters.

Step 5 : Add Custom Instructions

Custom instructions allow you to give specific guidelines to your avatar about how it should behave in different scenarios.

To add custom instructions:

  • Scroll down to the Custom Instructions section
  • Type the instruction and click on Add
  • Maximum 20 instructions allowed

 Step 6: Configure Advanced Settings

Advanced settings give you more control over how your avatar functions and interacts with users.

1. Enable Internet Search

  • Toggle this ON to allow your avatar to search the internet to answer questions beyond your uploaded content.
  • This helps provide more comprehensive answers when your knowledge base doesn't cover a topic.

2. Show Citations

  • Toggle this ON to permit users to view sources when the avatar provides information.
  • This builds trust and allows learners to verify information or explore topics further.

3. Recency Bias

  • Toggle this ON to prioritize more recent content added in AI Brain in responses.
  • Useful if you regularly update content and want the avatar to favor newer information.

4. Favor New Content

  • Toggle this ON to deprioritize content the user has already seen, encouraging exploration of new material.
  • This helps users discover different aspects of your content library.
