How to edit my avatar's bio?

Your AI Avatar's bio serves as an introduction to help learners understand your expertise, background, and credibility. Since this is the first information visitors see on your Avatar's public page, maintaining a clear, current, and relevant bio is essential.

Accessing Your Avatar's Bio Settings

Step 1: Navigate to AI Avatars in the left navbar of your Graphy dashboard

Step 2: Go to Profile, then click Appearances.

Step 3: Add or review bio details-

  • Avatar name-The public display name that appears on your Avatar's profile page.

  • Headline- A brief summary of your position or specialization (example: "Founder & UPSC Educator | GS II Expert"). It increases your readiness score.

  • Avatar URL- This is the URL of the Avatar's public page. Keep it short so that users can easily remember it when they want to chat. You can only edit the URL after /talk/.

  • About Me- A description of you where you can outline your experience, teaching methodology, and credentials, with a 400-character limit. It increases your readiness score.

  • Topics- Choose 1–5 relevant subject tags that reflect your expertise areas. These tags help optimize your Avatar's subject alignment and boost your readiness score.

  • Suggested Questions- These are sample questions that appear on your AI avatar's page. When someone visits your profile, they can click on these questions instead of trying to think of what to ask. Maximum 10 questions can be selected to be shown on the Avatar's profile.

Note: The changes you make are automatically saved, ensuring learners see your updated bio immediately on your public Avatar page.
