Your AI Avatar is a powerful tool for engaging with your audience across multiple platforms. This guide explains how to manage where your avatar appears, how to deploy it on different platforms, and how to control or remove it when needed.

You can deploy your AI Avatar in several locations:

• Graphy Platforms:

  • Graphy Website
  • Learner Dashboard
  • Mobile Apps (Android & iOS)

• External Platforms:

  • Your personal or business website
  • Other landing Pages
  • Twitter (coming soon)
  • WhatsApp (coming soon)

Managing Avatar Visibility

Your can add your Avatar to different platforms by following the steps below-

1. Graphy Platforms

• Navigate to AI Avatars from the left navigation bar and click on Brain.

• Select your published avatar from the dropdown

• Click on the dropdown arrow on the Published button and select Manage Presence.

• Click and Add Avatar and choose the avatars for each platform type- 
  • Website- The Avatar will be visible to the users who come to your webiste (both logged in and logged out)
  • Learner dashboard- The Avatar will be visible to the learners who are logged in to their dashboard.
  • Android app (logged out)- 
  • Android app (logged in)- 
    
  • iOS app (logged out)- 
  • iOS app (logged in)-
  • WhatsApp- Coming soon
  • Twitter- Coming soon

• Click Save to confirm the changes.

2. External Websites-

For websites not controlled by Graphy, you'll need to add the embed code:

1. Navigate to AI Avatars from the left navigation bar
2. Select your published Avatar
3. Click on the dropdown arrow on the Published button and select Get embed code.
4. Paste the code into your website's HTML before the closing </body> tag. Once added, a floating chat button with your avatar's image will be shown.

Limitations and Considerations

• Your avatar can only be published when the readiness score is 80% or higher
• Response quality depends on the quality and quantity of training content provided
