Why Am I Unable to Access My Account or View My Content on Graphy?

If you're unable to access your account or view your content, it could be due to the following reasons:

  1. High Pricing

    • If the pricing for your product is set unusually high without corresponding course content, this may raise concerns with our Risk Team.
  2. No Content Added

    • If no content has been added to your course/package, your account and settlements may be temporarily blocked until content is uploaded.
  3. Use of Infringed or Copied Content

    • If your course contains content that is infringed or copied from other sources without proper authorisation, your account may be restricted to prevent potential legal issues


Action Steps to Resolve the Issue 

To regain access and ensure smooth course delivery, please follow these steps:

  • Add Course Content: Make sure that your course/package includes relevant content for learners.
  • Submit KYC Documents: Provide a copy of your PAN card and Aadhaar card for account verification.
  • Learner Confirmation Email: Share an email from the learner who purchased your content, confirming that they are satisfied with the course and that they don require any refund.


Disclaimer. :Even though you have already submitted the KYC Documents earlier, you still have to provide the KYC Documents again.


The learner confirmation is crucial to avoid any potential disputes related to course delivery.
