1. What are my Consumption Limits?
You get free consumption limits for AI messages and AI Voice Calls. Below are the limits:

Once you have consumed your message and voice call limits, you will have to recharge your Graphy wallet.
2. Can I setup allowances as part of my pricing plans?
Yes you can set Allowances for your audience so you can pass on the consumption usage costs to your audience. These are the specific, time-bound quantities of interaction (messages and voice call minutes) that you promise to your audience when they buy a specific pricing plan.
3. How to setup allowances as part of pricing plans?
In the Setup pricing section of your pricing plan configuration, scroll down to the Choose allowances section.
Under the heading, you will see a note: "These will be consumed from your messages and voice call limits." The allowances you set here define the maximum amount of interaction your audience gets, which is then deducted from your overall usage limits.
