Allowance Limits for Messages and Voice

This guide will help you understand the Allowances you set for your paid plans and how they relate to the underlying Limits of your Avatar's service. This is key to managing your costs and setting appropriate pricing for your audience. 


1. What are my Consumption Limits?


You get free consumption limits for AI messages and AI Voice Calls. Below are the limits:

Voice Calls100 free minutes. Post that you will be charged ₹8 per minute or $0.10 per minute for any additional voice minutes consumed.

Once you have consumed your message and voice call limits, you will have to recharge your Graphy wallet. 


2. Can I setup allowances as part of my pricing plans?


Yes you can set Allowances for your audience so you can pass on the consumption usage costs to your audience. These are the specific, time-bound quantities of interaction (messages and voice call minutes) that you promise to your audience when they buy a specific pricing plan.



3. How to setup allowances as part of pricing plans?


In the Setup pricing section of your pricing plan configuration, scroll down to the Choose allowances section.

Under the heading, you will see a note: "These will be consumed from your messages and voice call limits." The allowances you set here define the maximum amount of interaction your audience gets, which is then deducted from your overall usage limits.




3. Messages Limit 

This section allows you to control the maximum number of chat messages your audience can send to your Avatar.

4. Voice Call Minutes Limit 


This section allows you to control the maximum number of minutes your audience can spend in a voice call interaction with your Avatar.

Managing Your Costs


By setting up these allowances, you manage costs effectively while providing a high-value interaction experience to your learners.


What happens when my audience finishes their plan limits set by you?


Once your customers exhausts their allowed message limits or voice call minute limits, they will no longer be able to use the that feature immediately. To continue interacting with Avatar, the audience will be prompted to renew or buy a new plan.
