Migration Guide: From Legacy Avatars to Agents & Avatars

Created by Ayush Sharma, Modified on Mon, 29 Sep at 6:07 PM by Ayush Sharma

Overview

We're streamlining your AI experience! Your existing AI Avatars (Sales, Support, Engage, and Unspecified types) are being migrated to a simpler, more powerful system with two distinct offerings:

  • Agent: Your business AI assistant for sales and support operations
  • Avatar: Your monetizable AI personality for audience engagement

Every creator will now have one Agent and one Avatar. This makes it easier to manage, publish, and monetize your AI.

Why this migration?

This migration simplifies your AI management while enhancing capabilities:

  • Unified Business Operations: Sales and Support functions merge into a single, powerful Agent
  • Clear Monetisation Path: Avatars become dedicated engagement tools with new pricing features
  • Shared Knowledge Base: One centralized brain that powers both your Agent and Avatar
  • Simplified Management: No more juggling multiple avatar types

Your content is safe and enhanced:

  • All content preserved: No information is lost
