Support skills enable your AI Agent to deliver exceptional learning support by:
Assist users with questions or issues related to your product or service.
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions.
Resolve complaints or common user concerns efficiently.
Ensure a smooth, positive experience that keeps customers satisfied.
Step 1: Go to AI Agent from left navbar and click on Overview.
Step 2: In the Skills section, go to Support
Responds instantly to customer inquiries via chat.
Can guide users through troubleshooting steps or usage instructions.
Provides answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) to save time for support teams.
Step 3: Add Custom Instructions :
- Scroll down to the Custom Instructions section
- Type your instruction and click on Add button to save it
- You can add up to 20 instructions.
Custom instructions are specific guidelines you give your AI Agent to follow during support interactions. These instructions shape how your agent communicates and behaves with potential customers.
Example :
- If a user faces login issues, ask them to try resetting their password, check internet connection, and confirm they’re using the registered email. If these steps don’t work, share the support ticket link.
- When asked how to use a feature, give a step-by-step explanation in simple language, and link to help articles if available.
