Creating your AI Agent on Graphy is a simple, guided process that helps you design an intelligent assistant tailored to your expertise, brand, and learners’ needs.
An AI Agent works as your always-available sales and support partner, ensuring that learners get instant answers, consistent guidance, and reliable help even when you’re offline. When set up right, it helps you reach more learners, scale your business, and deliver a more personal experience to each learner.
Steps to Create Your AI Agent:
Step 1: Go to AI Agent in the left navbar of your Graphy dashboard and click “Get Started”
Step 2: Click on Continue

This is the starting point of the process where you can add the knowledge to your agent.
Step 3: Configure Basic Profile from Appearance
Fill in the essentials that make your AI Agent recognizable:
Agent Name: The name learners will see when they talk to your agent.
Display Picture: Upload a professional image (recommended size: 400x400 pixels).
Topics: Select 1–5 subject tags that highlight your areas of expertise.
A clear identity helps learners trust and connect with your AI Agent, while topics ensure it only responds in your domain of expertise.
You’ll see live changes on the right for your profile and name, so you know exactly how your agent will appear to learners.
Step 4: Click Publish to make your agent live. You’ll then see where learners can find and use it.
