Understanding Payment Gateway Charges for Subscription Plan

When you enable subscription pricing for any product, the payment gateway (PG) fee changes slightly compared to regular plans.

Fee Structure Overview

Payment Method	Fee Structure
Subscription – Auto Pay	₹4 + 1.8% per transaction
Subscription – Manual Payments	1.8% per transaction (No change here, same as all other pricing )

Banks charge a fixed mandate fee for automated recurring payments.
This fee is not charged by Graphy; it's a standard bank rule for subscriptions- AutoPay.

Example 1: ₹999/month Plan (Launch Plan – 10% Revenue share)

A) AutoPay (Mandate)

Subscription AutoPay is currently available only for Graphy PG UPI.
More payment methods will be added soon.
In Manual Renewal (Non-AutoPay) mode, users will receive payment reminders before renewal.
If payment isn’t made, access to the product will be paused until renewal.
