File uploads allow you to add content directly from your device to your Avatar's knowledge base. This is useful for training your Avatar with materials that haven't been added to any course, package, or membership yet.
When should I use file uploads?
Use this method when you want to add:
Files that haven't been added to any course or package yet
Updated versions of lesson notes or guides
Workshop plans and summaries
Additional handouts or reference materials
How to upload new files to your Avatar
Step 1: Access your Avatar settings
Go to your Graphy dashboard
Click on AI Avatars from the left navbar
Step 2: Navigate to file uploads
Click on Brain
Click on Uploads from Add Content
Step 3: Upload your files
1. Choose the files from your device or Import from YouTube
2. Select upto 10 files at a time, each with maximum size of 50MB.
3. Supported formats include PDFs, Word docs, and other text-based files. Select multiple files if needed
Step 4: Confirm upload
Wait for the files to upload completely
Your Avatar will automatically start learning from the new content
The files will be added to your Avatar's knowledge base immediately

Ensure files are clear and well-structured
Use proper headings and formatting
Include content that directly answers common learner questions
Keep information up-to-date and accurate
