How to create a WhatsApp Campaign?

Created by Ayush Sharma, Modified on Mon, 28 Jul at 4:32 PM by Ayush Sharma

Creating a WhatsApp campaign on Graphy is a powerful way to re-engage your learners, announce product drops, or send timely reminders. Here's a step-by-step guide to get started:

Step 1: Go to the WhatsApp Campaign Section

Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns and click on the WhatsApp tab.

Click on Get Started to begin creating a new campaign.

Step 2: Click "Create"

You'll see a list of existing campaigns. Either you can use any of them or create new. To create, click the + Create button on the top right.

Step 3: Add Campaign Details

  1. Name your campaign (for internal tracking)

  2. Choose WhatsApp as the channel.

  3. Select campaign type: One-Time (for single broadcasts) or Recurring (for triggered, drip-style campaigns).

Step 4: Pick a Template

Choose from your pre-approved WhatsApp templates. You can filter by category (Marketing, Utility, etc.).

Step 5: Compose and Preview the Campaign

  • Add media and message text based on the template.

  • Preview how your campaign will look on WhatsApp.

  • Choose to Send immediately or Schedule for later.

Step 6: Add Learner Segment

Choose the audience for your campaign. You can apply filters like All learners or Doesn’t own any digital product to target more precisely.

You can either send the campaign right away or schedule it for future.

Click Send test to preview the campaign on your own WhatsApp.

Step 7: Confirm to launch the campaign

  • When ready, click Launch to start the campaign.

A final confirmation popup will show you the number of learners and the scheduled time. You can make changes until the campaign is launched.

And you're done! You've successfully created and launched a WhatsApp campaign on Graphy.
