This article will guide you on how to integrate WhatsApp Messenger to your Graphy course platform.

WhatsApp is a free messaging app that is used by over 2 billion people around the globe. Graphy allows you to integrate a WhatsApp widget directly to your course website. Thus, you can easily communicate with your learners and solve their queries regarding your online courses.

Steps to integrate a WhatsApp Widget to your Graphy course platform

Now, scroll down and go to ‘WhatsApp Widget’.

Enter your mobile number with the country code and add a default message.

Let’s assume, your country code is +91 and your mobile number is 9999999999. So, here you will fill in +91 9999999999.

After filling in the mobile number and default message, click on the ‘Save’ button.

Note: We have a default message template but, you can change it as per your choice.

Now, let’s see how this will appear to your learners.

1. If your learner is visiting your course website from their laptop or PC, they can connect with you by clicking on the ‘WhatsApp Widget’ button in the lower right corner of the screen.

2. If your learner has installed your institute's app on their smartphone, they can click on the 'Chat with us' option as shown in the screenshot below & can initiate the conversation.
