How To Install Chatbot On Your Graphy Course Platform?

This article gives you a step-by-step process of installing a third-party free chatbot & WhatsApp chatbot on your course platform.

A chatbot is a type of software that can automate conversations and interact with people through messaging platforms. You can integrate a chatbot on your whole course website or only on the specific pages of your website.

There are two types of chatbots application that we would be talking about in this article:

Whatsapp Chatbot
Third-Party Chatbot Tawk.to which is FREE to use

Installing WhatsApp Chatbot On Your Course Website

Go to your left navigation > Website > Website pages > Settings

Scroll down & go to "Add Custom Scripts & CSS".

Now, you need to enter this script under the Custom Scripts/Tags in body tag:

Please note that in the first line in the contact number, you have to enter your WhatsApp number.

After the above settings, click on "Save".

Your Whatsapp bot will be active on all the pages of your online course platform.

Please note that you can also integrate Chatbot on only specific pages of your website.

Integrating Chatbot On Only A Specific Page

Go to the Dashboard > Website> Website pages > Themes.

Scroll down & do to the page where you want to integrate your WhatsApp Chatbot & click on the "Edit".

Now, click on the HTML icon, scroll down & paste the custom code.

Your Whatsapp Chatbot will be installed.

Installing Tawk.to Chatbot On Your Course Website

Go to the Tawk.to website & Get started.

Once, your sign-up is complete, you will be redirected to its Dashboard.

Just click on the "Customize Widget" then go to "Chat Widget".

Now, copy the "Widget Code" by clicking on "Copy to Clipboard" & then head to the online course platform.

You now need to do the exact steps as explained above.

Go to your left navigation > Website > Website pages> Settings

Scroll down & go to "Add Custom Scripts & CSS".

Now, you need to enter the script that you have copied under the Custom Scripts/Tags in head tag.

After the above settings, click on "Save".

Your Tawk.to free Chatbot will be active on all the pages of your online course platform.

In order to make it available on the specific page of your website, you can follow the same steps as explained above.
