How to customize default labels in your course platform?

This article is a step-by-step guide on how to make the labels of your course platform customized.

The customization feature allows you to label the terms on your platform as per your choice.

Example: Currently the learners can view the courses they purchased under "My Courses". From under customization, you can change the name to "My Training Program" or anything you want.

Setting customized Names Using Localisation

From here you can view the "Default Name" of the features provided on your course platform.

Under "Current", you can type out the customized name.

Go to left-nav > Website select Localization.

Side Menu

Side Menu is the menu visible on the left side of the learners' login.

You can change the name of the following options by entering new names under "Current":

Home, My Courses, My Bookmarks, Public Forum, Access Code, Reports, Sales Downloads, Affiliates, Affiliate Codes, Store, Notifications, Refer & Earn, Account, Profile, Wallet, Wishlist, Purchase History.

My Courses

Once the learner clicks on "My Courses", all the functions' names beginning from all courses beginning till the end can be changed.

You can change the name of the following options by entering new names under "Current":

Welcome, Active, Archived, Valid Till, You don't have any courses, You don't have any archived courses, You don't have any courses in the wishlist, Course Progress, Course Instructor, Description.

Course Player

Once a learner begins the course, the course player opens.

You can change the name of the following options by entering new names under "Current":

START COURSE, EXPLORE COURSE, CONTINUE COURSE, BACK TO COURSES, Course Contents, Total Time Spent, Course Progress, Course Instructor, Description.

After the above changes, click on "Save" to keep the changes.
