How to generate the live test results on the Graphy platform?

This article is a step-by-step guide for Reviewing Live Tests and provides all the necessary details before making it live.

Live Tests assess learners' abilities within a fixed time frame, with results generated manually or automatically, and display a Leadership Board to learners after results are declared.

Step 1:

Go to Graphy Dashboard > Left Navigation Panel > Manage> Live Test.

Step 2:

Use the ‘Search by Title’ bar at the top to find a specific test quickly, then click Search to view the available results.
Click on the ‘results icon’ under the ‘Actions’ column.
You will be redirected to the results. Under Results Sections you will see:
- Leaderboard: View the rankings of participants.
- Submitted Attempts: See the attempts that have been submitted.
- Unsubmitted Attempts: Check for any attempts that still need to be submitted.

Click on the Generate Results button to generate & publish the results instantly.
Regenerate or Export Results: You can regenerate the results or export them as a CSV file for further analysis.
You will be notified by email once the file has been exported & you can download the file from the reports section.
