# Manually adding learners to a paid course in Graphy involves two key steps: Adding the learner to the platform and Updating the transaction. Follow the steps below to complete the process. NOTE : Adding a learner to a paid course will incur charges, and an invoice will be generated, which must be paid from your end. 1. Log in to your Graphy Dashboard. 2. Navigate to Users > Learners. 3. Click on the Add button (top-right corner). 4. Enter the learner’s details, such as name, email, and contact information. 5. Click Add to add the learner. 3. Enter the required payment details, including the learner’s name, amount paid, and payment method. 4. Click Add a transaction to confirm the transaction. Once these steps are completed, the learner will be successfully enrolled in the paid course and will have access to its content.
