There are two ways in which you can resolve a learner’s account deletion request.
One is directly via their email id and the other is through filtering for all the accounts who have requested a deletion.
In this article, we help you understand them both!
You can search for the email id of the learner who has requested a deletion of their account.
Once you’re on the learner’s account information page please scroll down to the last section of the page. You will find a section called Delete Learner all you have to do is agree to delete the learner’s profile and click on the Delete button.
You will once again be asked if you want to delete this learner’s profile, you can click on OK and the learner’s profile will be deleted.
If you want to look at all the learners who have requested to delete their account, follow this process.
The first step is to go to the user section and click on Learners. This is how your screen looks like without any applied filters.
The next step is to choose Deletion Requested filter in the Add Filters drop-down. Once you choose Deletion Requested please select Yes and click on Search.
You will get a list of all the accounts that have requested for a deletion and you can resolve their request by clicking on the arrow under Actions it will take you to the learner’s account information page.
Once you are on the learner’s account information page you can follow the same steps listed in the first flow.
