How to add new Affiliates in your Course Platform?

Affiliates are people who promote your courses among their network and generate a commission every time someone purchases your course through their reference.

Graphy has integrated Affiliate Codes as a marketing tool. You can add new Affiliates, generate new Affiliate Codes and check the Affiliate Leaderboard to see how many leads your Affiliates have generated.

Steps to add an Affiliate:

1. Log in to your Dashboard > Users > Affiliates

2. On the right-hand side, your affiliates dashboard will open. From here, you can view the details of your existing Affiliates and can add new ones as well.

3. To add new affiliates, click on the ‘Add’ button in the upper right corner of your screen.

4. Once you click on the ‘Add’ button, a form will pop up. Here, fill in the name, email, mobile number, password, and commission rate of the new Affiliate.

5. If you want to give commission to this new Affiliate on all the courses, click on the box as shown in the image below.

6. If you want to give them commission only on any specific course or courses, type the name of the course in the search bar and select it. You can add multiple courses here.

7. You can also link an Affiliate to your course platform for a limited period. For instance, if you want a person or your learner to be your affiliate for 30 days, type 30 as shown below.

8. If you want to notify the new Affiliate regarding their account creation, then click on the box as shown in the image below.

9. Now, click on the ‘Add’ button.

10. Refresh the page to see the affiliate entry added.

11. In the case of multiple affiliates, you can use the search bar to find an affiliate using their email ID. There are multiple filters available to filter out affiliates.

12. You can also export the affiliate's data by clicking on the 'Export' button.
