This article describes how to create a bundle of two or more courses i.e. a package within your course platform.
Through course packages, you can offer a combination of two or more courses to your learners at a different pricing & validity structure.
Steps to create a Course Package:
Step 1: Go to your Graphy dashboard and click the products icon from the left navigation.
Step 2: Now select Packages and click on Create Package from the top right.
Step 3: Enter the title of the package & click on "Submit".
A new course package will be instantly created.
Once the package is created, click on "Package Builder" to add courses to the package.
Under "Search by Package Title" search the title of the course you want to add in the package. Select the right recommendation & "Confirm". The course would be instantly added to the package.
Now click on the "INFORMATION" towards the left. Select the "Pricing" option placed on the top. Under "Pricing", go to "List package for sale".
Check the boxes where you want the package to be displayed for sale.
You can choose any one of them or any combination between "Website", "Android" & "iOS" as per your requirement.
However, if you don't want your package to be displayed for sale now, you can select "None".
Finally, scroll down and select "Submit" to save the changes.
Once you have created the Course Package, you can establish other important details before learners begin to purchase them.
- Head towards the package you created, and click on its "details" icon.

You will be redirected to a page with the following broad headings namely Details, Pricing, SEO, & Advanced.
Details
This page contains the basic details of the package which would be visible to the learners in the Website/App store.
Title: The title of the course is the name of the course under which the course would be published.
Example: Write "Micro & Macro Economics" if the package is a combination of two courses named "Micro Economics" & "Macro Economics".
Description: A well-drafted Package Description contains complete information about the topics covered in the package. It should give a clear idea to learners about what they are going to achieve if they subscribe to the course package. It can also include a purchasing policy.
Example: If the package is about "Micro Economics", write something like "This course covers main concepts and quizzes for demand and supply, consumer behavior, production theory, market structures, and market failures. The analysis is done graphically. However, you would be able to solve algebraic equations by the end of the course."
Course Tagline: This is visible below the title on the description page. This should include concise information about the course which would influence buyers' decisions.
Example: Write "Complete Geometry for CAT 2020 in 6 lessons" if your Course Package is a combination of Geometry Courses.
How to Use: This includes an instruction text by the institute for the learners about how to use the course.
Example: Write "Use earphones throughout the video lectures".
Language: This determines the language of the course taught.
Example: Select "English", if your package content is in English.
Show Advanced OptionsTo enable more advanced feature option, click on “Show Advanced Options”.
Make it freely available for learners on sign up: By enabling this feature you allow the package to by default gets added into the learner’s library the moment they sign-up.
Show Course Description (in case of internal courses): If you wish to hide your Package "Description" from the ones who are not your learners, you can choose "Yes".
Custom Scripts/Tags in head: You can add customized widgets into the course page. For Ex: Adding support to third-party tools, adding additional Meta tags for SEO, HTML & CSS customization etc.
To save the above information, click on “submit” before proceeding to the next section.
Pricing

SEO
SEO stands for "Search Engine Optimization". Making your package content SEO-friendly ensures the footfall of organic, quality traffic to your course platform. Your course material would be visible to those people who inquire about it through Search Engines.
Package URL: This is the URL under which the course would appear on the internet. Please make sure this is SEO Friendly. Best Practice is to include Course Name and Instructor's name in the URL.
For Example: Macro-Micro-Economics
Package Page Title: This consists of the title of the course under which the course would be published.
Example: Write "Micro & Macro Economics" if the package is a combination of two courses named "Micro Economics" & "Macro Economics".
Package Page Description: A well-drafted Package Description contains complete information about the topics covered in the package. This is copied to metadata HTML tag of the course detail page. This would be shown on the Google search result page.
Example: If the package is about "Micro Economics", write something like "This course covers main concepts and quizzes for demand and supply, consumer behavior, production theory, market structures and market failures. Analysis is done graphically. However, you would be able to solve algebraic equations by the end of the course."
Package Keywords: Keywords are the set of words which your potential learners are most likely to search on Google to discover your course.
Example: Micro Economics for std. 12, Consumption behavior, Demand & Supply. You can fill in a set of minimum three keywords.To save the above information, click on “submit” before proceeding to the next section.
Advanced
This section contains the option to "Delete" the package if you wish so.
Delete Course: This option allows you to permanently remove the course package from the curriculum.
Go to the "Advanced", click on "Delete Package". Click on "OK" to confirm.
Please note that the Learners who have already purchased it will continue to have its access until their subscription ends.
