This guide covers how to determine the pricing plan and define validity.
Pricing your course right is as imperative as creating valuable content for your learners. Once you have created your course, determining your pricing structure is the next important step.
1. Go to the Products > All courses.
2. Click on the Details icon to proceed.
3. Click on the "Pricing" tab on top to add course pricing plans.
List Courses for sale
This list will allow you to sell courses on the platforms you select. You will have the option to choose any combination of the available platforms based on the plan that you have opted for. The available platforms are Website, Android, IOS, Private, Membership and None. If you want your course to be listed nowhere, you can opt for the option "none".
Pricing Plans & Access Duration
1. Under Pricing Plans, click on "Add Plan" to add a new pricing plan to your course.
2. A new box will open. Here you can choose one of the two available pricing plans- Free, One-time payment and Subscription Plan.
Free Plan
Here, the learners can access the course for free.
- Add a name for this plan under 'Plan Name'. You can also modify the buy button label as per your choice. See the preview of the plan card as shown to the learner.
- Click on 'Add'.
- Scroll down to 'Save' the changes.
One Time Payment
In this pricing plan, the learner has to make a one-time payment while purchasing the course.
- Add a name for this plan under 'Plan Name'.
- Enter the total price and the discounted price.
- You can also modify the buy button label as per your choice. See the preview of the plan card as shown to the learner.

Until fixed date: Set a date up until which the course can be accessed for this plan.

Until a specific number of days: Fix the number of days. Only up until those number of days, the course can be accessed in a particular plan.

After the above settings, click on 'Add'.
Subscription Plan
In this pricing plan, the learner has to make recurring payments at regular intervals of time.
- Add a name for this plan under 'Plan Name'.
- Enter the price and the billing interval- monthly, quarterly, yearly or custom.
- You can also modify the buy button label as per your choice. See the preview of the plan card as shown to the learner.
- Setup fee- Add a setup fee to charge a fixed one-time fee from the learner at the beginning of the course.
- Free Trial- Offer learners a free trial to experience the course content before committing to a paid plan.
- Limit number of payments- You can set a maximum number of payments to be allowed for this plan. For eg- You can set only 4 payments to be received every month for this plan.
- Stop course access after last payment- Revoke the course access after the last payment done by the learner. For eg- In the above example, once the 4th payment is done, then the course access will be revoked before the next subscription date.
- After the above settings, click on 'Add'.
- Scroll down and click on 'Save' to save the changes.
If you want the learner of a particular plan to keep the course for a lifetime, you don't need to check "Limit Course Access Duration".
- In total six plans can be created.
- The plan can be arranged easily by drag and drop functionality.
- Under actions, you can either edit or archive the plan.
Archive Plan
Archive plan allows you to remove a plan from your course. It will not be shown to the learners anymore but will be active for the existing learners who have bought it.
- Under actions, click on the archive icon.
- Confirm the action by clicking on 'Archive plan'.
- Scroll down and click on 'Save' to save the changes.
- All the archived plans will be shown under the 'Archived Plans' section. Click on the arrow to open the list.
- You can restore the plan to the active plans section by clicking on the restore icon.
After all changes are done, scroll down and click on 'Save'.

In my graphy account, recurring option and mutliple payment plan are not available.
