This article will help to accept payments by entering your bank details.
These instructions are only applicable to the Indian creators holding a valid PAN card and an Indian bank account.
Login to your Graphy account > Go to the left-nav > Settings.
Under Website Management, select Payments.
Enter the tax details, if applicable.
To set up your payment gateway, enter your PAN details and bank account details.
Note: Kindly make sure that the PAN & bank account details are of the same entity. |
Click Verify Now.
It will take a few seconds and you will get a confirmation about your bank account details verification status.
Once your bank account details are verified, you can start accepting payments.
In cases where the PAN & Bank account details added by you don’t match or there is any other issue with your documents, your verification might fail. In such a case, check your details and correct if there is an issue and you can try the verification again. If your bank account detail verification still fails, please write to us at kyc@graphy.com.

It appears that the help articles are not up-to-date. This is causing significant inconvenience as I cannot proceed with the necessary account updates.
