This article guides you on how to view and download contact form information submitted by users on your Graphy course platform.
You can have a ‘Contact Us’ section on your Graphy course platform so that you can easily collect the contact details of your leads. You can create and customize the contact us form by using the Website Builder.
Every time a new subscriber fills up their details, it gets recorded in two ways:
1) Notification Through the Email
Login to your Dashboard > Settings > Email.
On the right-hand side, your ‘Settings’ dashboard will open. From here you can view and change the contact form email on which every new contact form entry is being sent.
Now, in order to view the contact details of your leads, log in to the email account that you have entered in the contact form email.
2) View & Download information through Subscribers
Subscribers are those users who have filled up the contact form but haven't signed up on your course platform. You can view and download the report of all the subscribers at any time.
Go to your Dashboard > USERS > Subscribers.
On the right-hand side, your Subscribers dashboard will open. From here, you can access your Subscribers information like the date they signed up on, name, email, mobile number, and the message.
To download Subscribers information, click on the ‘Export’ button in the upper right corner of your screen.
Now, go to Dashboard > REPORTS > School Activity
Scroll down and go to downloads. From here you can view the creation date, item, user, and the type of information that you are downloading.
To download the Subscribers report, click on the ‘download’ icon as shown in the image below.
