Streamline your workflow with the Email Marketing feature on Graphy, personalize your marketing, and effortlessly nurture and convert leads.
Step 1:
Navigate to Graphy Dashboard > Left Navigation Panel > Marketing > Email Campaigns.
Step 2:
- To begin with email campaigns, click on "Get Started".
- Once you click "Get Started," you will be directed to the "Contact Address" page
Step 3:
Contact Address Page
1. Review/Fill in the necessary detail
- Name (or Company Name)
- Address
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
- Country
2. Either 'Confirm' to save your contact address information or 'Skip' to add the information later and proceed to the listing page.
Note: Your contact address will appear in email footers to comply with international anti-spam regulations
Step 4:
- You can check the default campaign on the listing page for reference or create a new campaign by clicking on 'Create'.
- When you click on 'Create,' you will be redirected to 'Create a new campaign' pop-up. There you will have two options:
- Broadcasts (Broadcast is a single email promoting a product or delivering updates)
- Sequence (sequence is a series of automated emails sent based on learner engagement to guide them through courses, nurture leads, and foster connections)
Click on Broadcasts to proceed.
Step 5:
Review/Fill the necessary details for your email campaign.
- Campaign Name: This is an internal title for your campaign, used for reporting purposes only. It will not be visible to recipients.
- From Name: This is the name that learners will see as the sender of the email.
- From Email: This is the email address that learners will see as the sender's email address. You can customize this based on your plan.
- Reply-to Email: This is the email address where all replies from learners will be sent.
- Recipients: These are the learners who will receive your email.
Choose Your Recipients
You can select your recipients from the right-side drawer, which offers various filters to refine your selection based on learner the activity/profile.
Note:
1. You can apply up to 5 filters to narrow down your recipients list.
2. The number of learners shown is just an estimate. The exact count will be determined when the email is sent.
Schedule your email
- Now (immediately after launch)
- Schedule: Anytime in future
Step 6:
Now, move to the Email Content page.
This page allows you to craft and review your email content before sending it.
Fields to be filled:
- Subject: Enter the subject of your email. This will appear in the recipient's inbox.
- Preview Text: It appears after the subject in the recipient's inbox. If left blank, it will default to the initial email content.
- Body Text: Add the main content of your email in this box.
- Preview: As you enter the details, you can see a live preview on the right side, showing exactly how the email will appear to recipients before sending it.
Under the Live preview on the right side, click "Send Test," enter the recipient email address, and click "Send" to test your email.
Step 7:
- Once you have entered all the necessary details, you are all set to launch your campaign.
- Click on 'Launch' and review the details shown to finally start the campaign.
Post-Launch Campaign Tracking
Once the broadcast is successfully launched:
- You will be taken directly to the 'Analytics' page.
- On this page, you can view key metrics: Total Recipients, Delivered, Unique Opens, and Unique Clicks, with an option to download the recipient list, tracking engagement and broadcast performance in a single glance.
In the User-Level Analytics section, creators can view detailed information about each user's engagement with their broadcasts.
Activity Timeline:
A list of user activities (e.g., Open, Link Click) that displays a detailed view when clicking the activity icon.

1. How many emails I can send?
The number of emails you can send depends on the plan you've chosen.
Note: No.of email offerings are subjective to changes
2. What happens if my limit is exhausted?
If you reach your email limit, you can opt to send additional emails beyond your monthly limit for an extra charge of $0.002 per email.
3. What is my current limit and how to check how many emails I have used?
Your current email limit is displayed as a visual progress , showing the number of emails used versus the total allowed in your current plan, allowing you to easily track your usage and plan accordingly.
4. How to increase the limit?
To increase your email limit, simply upgrade your plan to a higher tier, which will provide you with a increased email sending capacity.
