This article is a step-by-step guide on creating a Telegram community and providing all the necessary details before making it live.
Step 1:

Go to Graphy Dashboard > Left Navigation Panel > Products > Telegram communities.

Click “Connect your Telegram” to begin the process.
Step 2:

Link your telegram community with Graphy by scanning the QR code or by clicking the “ open bot in telegram” and Press ‘/start’ in the chat and confirm below once you’re done by clicking “ I've completed these steps”
Now your telegram is successfully linked.
Step 3:

To create communities click “Start creating telegram communities”.

Now launch your telegram community by clicking “ Launch telegram community”.

Create a new or existing telegram community and add graphy bot as a member, then make graphy bot an administrator. Once you do that it will be linked to the telegram then now there will be a list of all communities where the graphy bot is added you can choose and click “Add” in the graphy platform to launch.

Now your community has been added, You add up to 5 telegram communities now click “Next” for further process.
On clicking next, go to the next step
Step 4:
- Enter a catchy and relevant title for your community in the "Community Name" field.
- Description Provide a detailed description of what your community will cover. This helps attract attendees by letting them know what to expect.
- Upload a “cover image” that represents your community. Ensure Cover size should be between 100x100 and 1000x1000.
Step 5:

Now set the pricing, and choose the duration of your community, whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

Enter the course price and its discounted price. Then click on “add plan”

Choose whether to Pass the Internet Handling Fee or not [PG Fees: The learners pay extra charges for online transactions directly].

If PG fees are disabled you will have to pay the extra charges.
Step 6:

Add Frequently Asked Questions: Click "Add new" to enter a new question and answer.

Publish: Once done adding details, click “Publish”.
Now your community will be available for the learners.
