In this article, we have compiled a list of common issues that our creators face and their corresponding solutions to help you overcome any obstacles you may encounter during the app update process on Play Console.
Error 1: You have some pending items in your Google Play console to be sent for review.
Follow below steps to resolve this problem -
1. Login to your Play console account.
2. Visit the App content section from the left menu.
3. Complete all the incomplete items under the Need Attention tab by following our help article.
4. Go to the Publishing Overview section from the left menu.
5. Send changes for review.
6. Go back to your app-builder dashboard & click on the Try Again button.
Error 2: You have not declared the usage of the advertising id on your Play console account.
Follow below steps to resolve this problem -
1. Login to your Play console account.
2. Visit the App content section from the left menu.
3. Under the Need Attention tab.
4. Go to Advertising ID and select the No option, then save the changes.
3. Complete all the incomplete items under the Need Attention tab by following our help article.
4. Go to the Publishing Overview section from the left menu.
5. Send changes for review.
6. Go back to your app-builder dashboard & click on the Try Again button.
Error 3: You are trying to upload a version code that has already been used.
Follow below steps to resolve this problem -
1. Go to the App editor on your App-builder dashboard.
2. Create a new build.
3. Go back to the App Builder dashboard & try to push it again.

Error 4: The data safety section is incomplete on your Google Play console.
Follow below steps to resolve this problem -
1. Login to your Play console account.
2. Visit the App content section from the left menu.
3. Complete all the incomplete items under the Need Attention tab by following our help article.
4. Go to the Publishing Overview section from the left menu.
5. Send changes for review.
6. Go back to your App Builder dashboard & click on the Try Again button.
Error 5: The Service account Json does not have permission to perform this action.
Follow below steps to resolve this problem -
1. Login to your Play console account.
2. Go to Setup and select API Access from the left menu.
3. Now follow steps 21 to step 23 of this article.
Error 6: Foreground Service permissions are not declared.
Follow the steps below to resolve this problem-
1. Download the app bundle by clicking on the ⋮ icon on Android app update card on your Graphy App Builder dashboard.
2. For the selected Android application, go to Production section under Releases category of the left menu panel.
3. Click on Create new release.
4. Upload the App Bundle file (.aab file downloaded in step 1) under App Bundles.
5. Scroll to Release notes section and add 'Bugfixes and improvements', save the release.
6. Follow the steps in the help article to declare permissions.
7. Navigate to Publishing overview from the left menu panel and Send changes for review.
