In this article, we will guide you through the overview of the Reports tab.
What are reports?
A powerful feature to analyze your sales, engagement, and school activity metrics across all your courses, packages, and memberships on Graphy.
Go to left navigation and tap on reports icon.
Under reports you will see three sections:
Overview
Transactions
Webinars
Overview
The Overview section provides a comprehensive overview of your platform's key metrics.
Under this tab, you will see-
- Overview: Under this section, you will find the overview of all the key metrics of your platform which includes total revenue, new signups, new enrollments, active users, and total time spent by the users on your platform.
- Sales: It summarizes all your account transactions, detailing the total number of transactions, the number of successful transactions, and the total transaction amount.
- Bandwidth and usage: It provides information about the utility of different features of your platform. It includes active users on your platform, total time spent by the users, and the data consumed by them.
- School activity: It gives an overview of average daily classes and tests conducted across all courses.
Transactions
The transactions section provides an in-depth breakdown of the sales data including the total revenue earned and refunds made.
Under this tab, you will see-
- Data of each transaction on your platform, including date, user’s name, amount, course/package name, payment, and settlement status.
- You can filter your transaction data by course, package, channels, etc.
- Click on Export CSV to export the data in CSV format.
Settlements
The Settlements section provides the status of your earnings which includes the total revenue earned and the amount settled and unsettled.
Under this tab, you will see-
- Detailed data of each settlement date-wise including settled amount, ID, number of transactions, and UTR.
- You can filter your Settlement data by the payment date.
Webinars
The Webinar section gives you a clear view of your webinar performance and helps you manage your events easily.
Under this tab, you will see-
- The total number of registrations, participants, and the total revenue earned.
- Click on the tabs labeled Upcoming and Past to view the respective webinars.
- You will find detailed information about upcoming and past events which includes- registrations, participants, attendees, and revenue collected.
Traffic
The traffic section provides a dashboard of the user interactions on different pages of your course platform.
Under this tab, you will see-
- Engagement time of the users on each page and the number of times users have visited the page.
- You can analyze the source of users based on place, device, and campaigns.
