This article talks about the step by step process of allowing your learners to share their certificates directly on LinkedIn.
Graphy Course Platform allows you to award Online Certificates to your learners who have completed your course. You can reward them with the certificates upon course completion or on the basis of Quiz score.
Whenever the certificate is awarded, the learner can directly share the certificate on their LinkedIn Profile.
If you haven't enabled the certificate function, click here for a step by step process.
Step By Step Process To Allow Learners To Share Certificate On LinkedIn
Go to the left-nav > Settings > Under Customization, select User experience.
Scroll down & go to the "Integrated LinkedIn certificate".
Tap on the toggle button to switch ON Status.
You need to enter two details to proceed:
LinkedIn Organisation Id
Log in to your LinkedIn Profile & open the company's page with the Super Admin View. Copy the number from the resulting URL. That would be your Linkedin Organisation Id. Copy & paste it.
LinkedIn Organisation Name
This is the exact name of the page under which your organisation page is created on LinkedIn.
For example, Graphy.
Now, click on "Save" to proceed.
The settings are done from your end.
The learner needs to follow the following process to share certificate on their LinkedIn Profile:
Once the learner completes a course, the certificate would be accessible.
Once the learner clicks on the Certificate, they can download it on their device, share on various channels, as well as, directly add the certificate to their Linkedin Profile.
When the learner clicks on "Add to profile", he will be directed to the LinkedIn profile. By clicking on "Save", the certificate would be automatically uploaded under "licenses & certifications".
