This article is a step-by-step guide on creating a course and providing all the necessary details before making it live.
Step 1:

Go to Graphy Dashboard > Left Navigation Panel > Products > Courses.

Click “Create a course” to begin the course creation process.
Step 2:

Quickly provide a clear, engaging title and generate a detailed course description using the AI Feature.

Also, you can manually add the description
Step 3:

Toggle Paid: This option allows you to switch whether the course is paid or free.

If it is a paid course enter the course price and its discounted price.

Choose whether to ‘Pass internet handling fee’ to learners or not [PG (Payment gateway) Fees: The learners pay extra charges for online transactions directly].

If PG fees are disabled you will have to pay the extra charges.
How does the revenue share pricing model work on Graphy?
Once when all these details are entered click “Next”.
Step 4:

Use the AI feature to create an outline for your course quickly. You can easily edit and modify this outline by adding chapters, editing names, and making changes to your content.

Alternatively, add the chapters manually:

Upload New: The "Upload New Item" feature allows you to add diverse content to your course: PDF, Video, Audio, SCORM, and File.

Creating New Item: The "Create a new item" section allows you to add content. You can add content in Heading, Text, Link, Quiz, Live Test, Live Class, Assignment, and Form. This feature helps create a structured, interactive, and engaging learning experience.

Import from the Asset Library [The Asset Library contains all assets (videos, documents, files, etc uploaded across all the courses, regardless of whether they are published or not].

Also, add an appealing “course cover”.
Note: cover size should be 600x400. Maximum image size should be 300KB.
Once you have added the chapters and course cover click “Save courses”
Step 5:

Go through all the details and content you have added by navigating to Course Preview.

Once satisfied, click “Publish” in the Courses > Publish section to make your course live. Your course is now available for students to enroll in.
Once you publish your course you will receive a “Share a post” pop-up with your course details and a link to share on your social media platform with a downloadable option.
