How to create course packages within your course platform?

This article is a step-by-step guide on creating a Package and providing all the necessary details before making it live.

Step 1

• Go to Graphy Dashboard > Left Navigation Panel > Products > Packages.

• Create New Package: Click on “Create package” to begin the package creation process.

Step 2: 

• Enter the title of the package and click "Submit". A new package will be instantly created. Once the package is created you will be automatically directed to the Package builder.

Step 3: 

• Under "Search by Course Title," search for the course titles you want to add.
• When you choose a course you will receive an receive a popup where you can choose to assign the package to the existing learners. The courses will be instantly added to the package.

Step 4: 

•  Under "Information", there are four sections
  1. Details
  2. Pricing
  3. Pages
  4. Advanced

• Under "Details", generate the package description using the “Regenerate” AI  feature.[This section provides complete information about the package to influence learners before subscribing].
• Generate the course tagline using the “Regenerate” AI feature.[This section, visible below the title on the description page, includes concise information about the package].
  

• Specify the medium of “Language” your course has been designed.
• Creator Details: Modify the creator's details by clicking “Edit”, Under this you can upload the creator image [352X224 px in size], enter the creator display name[300 words ] and about the creator [500 words].

• Once you have added and chosen all the necessary details click “Save” and “Submit” to add the creator.

Step 5: 

• Add Key Highlights: Click "Add new" or use the “Regenerate” AI feature. 

• Add what you will learn: Click "Add new" to include icons, titles, and descriptions of the learning outcomes for your package or use the “Regenerate” AI feature

Step 6: 

• Add Testimonials: Click "Add new" to upload a picture, enter the name, and provide the testimonial text. This will enhance the credibility of your package or use the “Regenerate” AI feature.

Step 7: 

• Add Frequently Asked Questions: Click "Add new" to enter a new question and answer.

• Once you have added all the necessary details click “Save”.

Step 8:

• Select "Pricing" from the top options. 

• Under "List package for sale" and Check the boxes for the platforms where you want the package to be available for sale (Website, Android, iOS). If you do not want to list the package for sale immediately, select "None."This package would not be visible on your website

• Under Pricing Plans to create a new plan click “Add plan”, now you will receive a “Select a pricing plan” pop-up and choose whether it is a “Free plan or Paid plan” and click “Next”.

• If it's a paid plan enter the “Total price and Discounted Price”. Also, you can choose whether the learner can pay via “installment plans or not”
• You can limit the “course access” it has two options
  1. Until fixed date
  2. Until specific number of days choose either one of them and click “Add”.
  

• Tax settings: If you want the tax rate to be shown click” Yes” if not then “No”.You can also customize invoice descriptions under tax settings.
• Configure Other Settings:
  • Enter the category for your package. This is used to filter your packages on the website.
  • Enter subcategories if applicable.
  • Multiple subcategories should be comma-separated.
  • Only hyphens, spaces, alphabets, and numbers are allowed.
  • Set your package's priority on the website's homepage.
  • The priority range is 0-10, with 10 being the highest priority.
  • Click “Save”.

Step 9:

• Select "Pages" from the top options. 

• Canonical URL[canonical URL is the URL of a page that Google chose as the most representative from a set of duplicate pages]: It should be the same as the courses’ URL

• App Deep Link[Deep links are a type of link that send users directly to an app instead of a website or a store]: Updates the app URL and bundle ID settings for app integration.

• Package Page Title: Defines the title of the package page.
  [Eg: Introduction to Psychology]

• Package Page Description: Provides an SEO-friendly description for metadata and search engine visibility.

[Ex:This comprehensive Introduction to Psychology course provides a deep dive into the fundamental principles of psychology, exploring various theories, concepts, and real-world applications. Ideal for beginners and enthusiasts, this course offers engaging content and interactive learning experiences to enhance your understanding of human behavior and mental processes].

• Package Keywords: Lists SEO keywords for the package.
  [Ex:psychology, introduction to psychology, psychology course, fundamentals of psychology, beginner psychology, human behavior, mental processes, psychology theories, online psychology course, psychology for beginners].

• Package Category: Sets the SEO category for the package.

• Custom Scripts[used to enhance and personalize your course content]: Allows addition of any custom scripts.

Step 10: 

• Select "Advanced" from the top options

• Under this, you can customize a course welcome email for your learners.

• Finally, scroll down and select "Save" to save the changes.
• Here you can also Delete Package by clicking on the Delete “Package”.
