This article is a step-by-step guide on creating assignments and providing all the necessary details before making it live.
Assignments allow learners to submit their work, which can then be reviewed by the creator.
Step 1:

Go to Graphy Dashboard > Left Navigation Panel > Products > Assignments.
Step 2:

Use the ‘search by Assignment title’ at the top to quickly find specific Assignments.

Filter by learner, courses, submission date, status, and tags. Then click on search to view the results.
Step 3:

The ‘Available for Reviews’ column displays the number of student submissions for each assignment, indicating how many are ready for review.

Once the learner submits an assignment, it automatically goes into pending for review.

Click on the number under "Available for Review”.
Step 4:

You will be redirected to the “Assignment Submissions Manager”. This is the tab where all the details of that particular assignment, including the students' info, are shown.

Name: This shows the name of the learner who has submitted the assignment.

Email: This shows the email of the learner who has submitted the assignment.

Status: This shows the status of the learner's assignment.

File: This is the actual assignment submitted by the learner in the form of a file. Click on the file to open it in a new tab.
Step 5:

After reviewing the assignment, you can choose to approve, reject, or send a customized text message.

Submit Date: This shows the date on which the learner has submitted the assignment.

To approve the assignment, click on the "✓" icon placed under "Actions".

To reject the assignment, click on the "X" icon placed under "Actions".
- Every time you take an action for any particular assignment, that learner will get a email about it instantly.
- Reviewed: Placed just beside the individual assignments, there are respective numbers given under "Reviewed". These numbers show the number of learners whose assignments have already been reviewed. If you wish to change the action taken on that particular assignment, you can do it under "Actions".
Rejected: Placed just beside the individual assignments, there are respective numbers given under "Rejected". These numbers show the number of learners whose assignments have already been reviewed and rejected. If you wish to change the action taken on that particular assignment or approve them after rejecting, you can do it under "Actions".
